Pink and white polka-dot short sleeve silk crepe blouse with flounced sleeves and flounces down the button closure line, to be worn over a nude shell top. Sleeves are big and fun and have some raw edge hems to them. Shell top closes via side zip for excellent fit. These tops are paired with a matching floor-length tiered flounced skirt. This coordinated outfit can pass for a dress and is simply stunning. We would expect nothing less from Mr. de la Renta.
